We’re seeking a experienced Sales Management candidate to manage regional sales within a well defined territory. This position has broad responsibility; including planning, organization and execution of sales strategies for the assigned territory with the goal of sustainable revenue growth. This position is charged with selling existing products, sponsoring and bringing to market new products, sales forecasting, implementation of pricing policy, managing direct customer sales relationships, supervision of Manufacturer’s Sales Representatives and Regional Distributors and other activities as necessary to support sustainable revenue growth in the territory.
This is a professional position. The Sales Manager receives general work direction from General Manager. The SM also provides face-to-face guidance, support, coordination, and application assistance to customers, representatives and distributors serving the power electronics, power systems, telecommunications, and other electronic/electrical markets.
Candidates must possess BS/BA in Marketing or Engineering with field sales experience and a minimum of seven to ten years experience in related areas of industrial product sales.

We are seeking candidates who will be responsible for operating automated and semi automated staking machines. Duties will include set-up, loading and operation of machines for producing product in an integrated work cell concept. Secondary operations include performing quality visual and other inspection functions, packaging and label finished product.
This is a non-exempt position. Self-directed work cell group. The candidates will receive general work direction from Supervisor/Manager.
The ideal candidates must be able to read and understand basic written directions/specifications, need initiative and hands-on experience to resolve problems, able to work as member of a team, and perform data entry function into the computer system as required.
Candidates must be able to inspect and recognize defective product, and have the ability to lift and carry between 10-50 lbs consistently. Bending, reaching and twisting on a frequent basis. Must be able to operate molding machines loading inserts as required, trimming, perform visual and other inspections functions, packaging and labeling finished products. Must be able to bulk pack, layer pack, and cell pack as required. Ability to use weight scales, labelers, tape machines, hand lift trucks, depth gauges, clippers and knives required. Working conditions include some dust, dirt, noise, with restricted workspaces.

MBA a plus. Successful candidate must demonstrate business planning and analytical skills. We’re seeking a customer-oriented individual to provide in-house technical support to our end users, including setting up and troubleshooting PCs, peripherals and related software. Incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting Company’s telephone system and multimedia printers. Will monitor and respond to Help Desk requests by assessing issues and solving or elevating to other IT associates.
Candidates must possess a related Associates degree and/or technical certificates, plus minimum of 1 to 3 years related experience. Prior experience with PC and peripheral device troubleshooting, software installation, hardware/software upgrades, basic networking principles, Windows, MS Office required. Excellent communication and customer service skills a must. A+, MCDST or other MS certification is desirable. Ability to maintain confidentiality a must. Experience with supporting remote users and end-user application and system based training is a plus.

The ideal candidate will set-up and break down production orders, and train associates in work methods, procedures, quality standards, and safety and maintain equipment to minimize down time.
This is a non-exempt position. Must set-up and operate molding machines. Receives general work direction from Manager Connector Production.
The ideal candidates must be able to read and understand basic written directions/specifications, need initiative and hands-on experience to resolve problems, able to work as member of a team. Candidates must be able and willing to perform the administrative duties that are the responsibility of a supervisor. Three to five years experience in related field with supervisory experience required. High school diploma with additional technical training in molding machine set-up and operations desired.
