EDUCATION DONATION FORM

Each year we receive many requests from organizations who are interested in including our connectors in their project. Our goal is to fulfill as many as possible. Only one (1) request will be granted per organization, per calendar year.

If your donation request is approved, please be aware that we may not be able to provide you exactly what you asked for. We will contact you regarding our decision within 10 business days from receipt of your completed form. Processing times will be extended over the holidays.

We are not offering connector donations at the moment. Please check back at a later date.

- Use the proper attribution language at the bottom of each page - (website/electronic and/or print) for each trademark or image being used.
