Modular Cartridge Design
- Our patent-pending design minimizes the number of parts needed and simplifies repairs by supporting one housing being shared across three connector configurations.
- The modular cartridge allows for toolless installation with contacts that click into place and simplified, toolless removal of failed contacts, reducing service time.
Contact Temperature Sensing
- This is the first DIN VDE 0623-589 connector to offer a patent-pending add-on accessory with a Negative Temperature Coefficient(NTC) sensor that works to prevent and monitor potential overheating.
- The NTC sensor has a toolless assembly and adjusts the resistance as the temperature increases while its changes are measured using a simple circuit
High Power Applications
- The IBC is rated from 75A-450A and has durability for a minimum of 5,000 mating cycles.
- Our largest IBC 320 is rated for high amperage up to 450A, making this connector compatible with multiple applications.
IP68 Upgrade Accessory Kit
- This is the first industrial battery connector to meet DIN standards and support an IP68-rated add-on accessory kit that provides extensive protection against moisture, dust, and debris while mated.
- The complete kit includes a clear voltage cover that seals the voltage key area, two O-rings, and a rubber grommet that creates a secure, IP68-rated seal. This ensures extended contact life and reliable performance while charging outdoors.
