Ryan Baldinelli of Anderson Power™ Serves as Co-Chair at 2024 ERA Conference

The Anderson Power Global Channel Manager Serves as Co-Chair for Customer-Focused Learning Opportunities at the 2024 Electronics Representatives Association Conference.

Anderson Power will have a presence for the 6th year at the 2024 ERA Conference, to be held at the AT&T Hotel & Conference Center in Austin, TX from February 25-27, 2024. Ryan Baldinelli, Global Channel Manager, serves as a Co-Chair for the Keynote Speakers and General Sessions at this year’s conference, themed, “All Systems Go: Energizing Our Customers’ Experience.” 


The conference brings together leaders, supplier managers, marketers and sales professionals from all across the electronics industry from the distributor level, rep level and manufacturer level. Ryan serves on a committee of volunteers from across the industry to review, interview and select the individuals who will be the Keynote and General Session speakers. 


“The experience as Co-Chair for this event has allowed me to meet many other folks in our industry,” says Baldinelli. “I help guide the group on selecting and vetting potential speaker candidates and topics to put together a great, learning-focused event.”


This year, Anderson Power will have two additional attendees at the conference in addition to Ryan. Global Sales Director Gregg Leighton and U.S. Customer Experience Manager Victoria Hachey will attend the conference to network, collaborate and learn with other peers in the industry. This year’s customer-focused learning experience will have keynote speakers, breakout sessions and general sessions where the Anderson Power team and other attendees will learn about trending topics in the industry like artificial intelligence (AI), customer experience, economic forecasts, generational gaps in the workplace and more. 

On why Anderson Power attends and values the relationship with the ERA, Ryan says, “It is a great conference for collaboration on how other manufacturers, reps and distributors are going to market, seeing the market outlook and best practices in serving their and our collective customer bases. It is also a great place for learning new ways to connect with customers and future economic outlook.”


ERA as an organization offers Anderson Power and other members tools and resources to manage rep relationships.


 “We as a company use manufacturing rep firms (independent sales organizations) to help us design in and sell our products across North America,” says Global Sales Director Gregg Leighton. “The conference allows us to connect with all of these partners as well as new ones along with our distribution partners.”
